Cran-Apple Smoothie Sour
Introducing Saucer Sled Record. We started with our standard Pilsner and wheat base with a bit of oats. We added lactose to balance the sourness of the Lachancea yeast. After fermentation we loaded it up with Cranberry, Tart Apple, and Vanilla purees. The result is a beer that is GOO-OOD!
