Cran-Apple Smoothie Sour
We are going for a new amateur recreational saucer sled land speed record. We started with our standard Pilsner and wheat base with a bit of oats for softness. We added lactose to balance the sourness of the Lachancea yeast. After fermentation we loaded it up with Cranberry, Tart Apple, and Vanilla purees. The result is a beer that is GOO-OOD!
