We paired up with our friends at Hulton Liquid Works to do a collaboration beer.  This beer spent 13 weeks lagering and yielded an easy drinking 7.9% roasty and smooth lager.  During that time we added cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of ancho chilies.
