What's more summery than a delicious Painkiller cocktail?  That was the idea behind our cocktail inspired Painkiller Milkshake IPA.  We took our standard hazy IPA base, added lactose and whirlpooled Sabro, Citra, and El Dorado hops.  After fermentation, we added pineapple puree, orange puree, coconut cream, and freshly ground nutmeg.  The result is a refreshing and not overly heavy summer sipper.  If you can't get to the islands, bring the islands to you!
