What if someone took your grandma’s famous ambrosia salad and made it into a beer? Well, we’ve done just that!! Introducing Ambrosia, a 5.9% Smoothie Sour!! We started out with our standard sour wheat base, added lactose and pitched Lachancea. After the beer finished souring and fermenting, we conditioned the beer on marshmallows, orange, pineapple, and coconut purées. It’s springtime in a glass!!
