We started out with a smooth stout recipe and then added 44 lbs of raspberries to complete the fermentation.  Right before carbonation, we added 44 more lbs of raspberries and gallons of liquid chocolate.  This is a dessert stout, but it's not overly sweet and doesn't make you stop at one.  Perfect on a cold winter evening.
