Happy 2nd Anniversary to us!!

What a ride it's been.  To celebrate we crafted this based on our popular Foggy Mind Hazy IPA.  We upped the grain bill, upped the hops, and really pushed the limits on water chemistry to create something special.  Low bitterness, we whirlpooled with INCOGNITO Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado , and then double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaci, and El Dorado LUPOMAX during active fermentation and after cold crashing.  The result is a smooth yet multi-layerd hop experience of citrus and stone fruit.
